Returns & Cancellation policy

At ThreadzbyKota, every embroidery piece is handcrafted with precision and care, making each order uniquely personal. Due to the nature of custom embroidery, we have the following return and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

• Once your order is placed, you may cancel it before the SVG preview is created for a full refund.

• Once we have created and shared the SVG preview for your approval, cancellations are no longer possible.

• After you provide sign-off on the SVG design, the embroidery process begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our embroidery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the final product has been created.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged during shipping), please contact us at threadzbykota@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
